FRUSH is an event focusing on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) requirements, where the requirements of supply chains and legislation are met in a versatile and practical manner. The event is about future solutions, innovations and new ways of doing things in a responsible and sustainable way. At the same time, FRUSH brings together industry, education and research, bringing together the makers of the future.

FRUSH is held annually at Forssan Kehräämö on the HAMK campus. It is also easy to participate in the event remotely via a live stream, but you can get the most out of the event by arriving in person.
FRUSH consists of expert speeches, panel discussions and an event marketplace where companies and organisations can talk about their activities and services. At the same time, in the StartUp competition, you get to see or present new innovations, from which the jury will assess the market potential of the innovation.
2024 FRUSH opened the meaning of responsibility in ecosystems, i.e. subcontracting chains. Big companies employ small companies. In order to join these networks in the future, small companies must meet the same responsibility goals as large companies.
The theme of the 2022 event was responsibility. As speakers, initiators and discussants, e.g. Arman Alizad, Pekka Ketola, Aura Salla and Tessa Clarke.
